Our trained staff will guide you through 5 introductory classes where you will discuss and learn the foundational CrossFit movements performed in our regular class. You will also be put through various CrossFit style workouts to give you a look into what CrossFit is like. For the 6th and final class of On-Ramp, you are invited to attend on of our regular CrossFit classes before committing to a membership!
On top of the 6 classes of On-Ramp, the On-Ramp pricing also includes:
a 20-minute recovery visit with Onward Physical Therapy. We want to make sure you have the most successful introduction to CrossFit Adept, and with this 20-minute session, the time is yours to address current and/or previous injuries, aches and pains that might limit you in your fitness journey. No injuries or problem points? Dr. Matt is an expert in many performance based strategies to keep you functioning in tip-top shape.
a complimentary InBody composition scan and 20-minute consultation to talk about Adept Nutrition Coaching. Our 1-on-1 nutrition coaching was created to help CrossFit Adept members take control of their health and eating habits to help them excel in the gym and their daily life! Our hope is that we help you achieve any goals related to nutrition and/or fitness that you have and in the process of doing so, transform your habits so that you can maintain your goals for as long as you so choose!
The On-Ramp program is required of new members to ensure a safe transition over to the regular class.
On-Ramp pricing | $120*
*We want to let every individual who comes through our doors determine if CrossFit Adept is a good fit for them. Therefore, the first class of On-Ramp is FREE! Upon conclusion of the first class, if you decide you would like to continue with the remaining 5 classes, then we will set-up membership and payment. If you decide otherwise, then you do not have to continue and you will not be charged.
On-Ramp Schedule
We run our On-Ramp program on a set schedule that starts every 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. The 6-classes follow a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule for two consecutive weeks. We offer two class times each class day, once in the morning at 7:30 am and once in the evening at 7:00 pm (6:00 pm on Fridays).
