+ I AM NEW TO CROSSFIT, HOW DO I GET STARTED?

New members are required to go through our Introductory On-Ramp Program when they first join. Upon completion of On-Ramp, they are then eligible to join our regular classes.


+ AM I REQUIRED TO GO THROUGH THE ON-RAMP PROGRAM, EVEN IF I’VE HAD EXPERIENCE AT A DIFFERENT CROSSFIT AFFILIATE?

Depending on the amount of experience of CrossFit an individual has prior to joining CrossFit Adept, we may allow them to forgo the On-Ramp Program. This may mean allowing you to jump right into our regular classes or setting up a 1-on-1 consultation to ensure you can perform all the necessary movements we perform on a regular basis safely.


+ DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE BEFORE I START CROSSFIT?

Absolutely not! Too often we receive emails from a prospective members looking to try CrossFit, but get the response, “I am going to take a couple weeks/months to get in shape first before I join”. You have already taken the first step towards a healthier lifestyle by reaching out to us and the best way to “get in shape” for CrossFit, is to do CrossFit. There is no need to feel intimidated or unprepared when you walk through the doors at CrossFit Adept based on the simple fact that CrossFit is a universally scalable program. What that means is that each individual in our group class can modify our daily workout to fit his or her current ability level.
