1-on-1 Nutrition/lifestyle Coaching

 

Adept Nutrition Coaching was created to help CrossFit Adept members (and/or non-members!) take control of their health and eating habits to help them excel in the gym and their daily life! Our hope is that we help you achieve any goals related to nutrition and/or fitness that you have and in the process of doing so, transform your habits so that you can maintain your goals for as long as you so choose!

We view our coaching methods to be very hands on and personal to each client based on their needs and goals. Having said this, you can expect the following from our services, regardless of the coach:

  • Step/phase based nutrition coaching

    • As mentioned above, developing habits and an understanding of proper nutrition so that you can maintain your positive results for the long term is a main focus. By taking a step-by-step approach, we can assure that our coaching will have a lasting effect, versus a quick fix or short term diet. We will not have you move to the next step until we are confident you are ready to do so.

  • Nutrition/meal design

    • Depending on the client, this could immediately start with breaking down and counting macronutrients or be as basic as developing habits towards proper portions each meal.

  • Lifestyle nutrition planning

    • We understand factors such as work hours, family priorities, social events, vacations, etc. have an impact on your ability to achieve a healthy nutritional diet. We want to be able to offer advice, tips and tricks that will allow you to navigate these external factors so that your nutrition and health do not suffer.

  • Weekly/bi-weekly InBody body composition scans

    • Data helps us track progress and determine if what we are doing is effective. Our body composition scanner will not only provide your body weight, but also important metrics such as fat mass, lean mass and body water balance.

  • Open communication between coach and client

    • We want you to feel comfortable and confident in what you are receiving from our coaching, therefore being available via email, phone, text and/or in-person meetings will be one of the top priorities for each coach.
